Al Qaida Member Confesses to Beheading 116 People

Captured Al Qaida member Hussein Fahmi has confessed to beheading 116 people in Iraq (via The Jawa Report).  One-hundred sixteen!

Reportedly, an arrested al-Qaeda member in Iraq has confessed to decapitating 116 people, including a Japanese national.

In his statement to AP, an official from the Interior Ministry officials in Iraq, Major Raid al-Mafraji told that al-Qaeda member Hussein Fehimi confessed to beheading 116 people.

Reportedly, the Japanese citizen, Shosei Koda was among the abducted who were later decapitated by Fehimi.

Koda was beheaded in November of 2004.  During that time there was a spate of people being taken hostage in Iraq and being beheaded by Al Qaida in Iraq.  Who though were the other 115?

Elsewhere in Iraq the United States military announced it had raided an Al Qaida in Iraq camp northeast of Fallujah and detained 61 suspected terrorists including some of Al Qaida in Iraq’s “critical facilitators.”.  Also found were munitions, explosives a copy of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi’s newest book entitled ‘Jihad for Dummies: How to Cry While in Prison.’
