We do know the Arab media has completely altered the face of the war and is doing their best to malign then entire concious of the so-called West. The perception might be unavoidable regardless of when the Coalition pulled out, but judging by the reaction here in the U.S. regarding England withdrawing 1,500 of a 7,000 strong force anything that could be perceived as bad will be taken as such.
